2017 MCYC Summer Program Registration

Students in grades K-6 during 2016-17 school year

Monday – Friday; June 12 – August 18;  7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Cost: $650 / per student for entire summer

MOST FRIDAYS ARE FIELD TRIPS DAYS!   

MCYC 2017 Summer Program Details

The cost of the summer program will be $650 and will cover Monday-Friday, June 12 – August 18, 2017. The hours are 7:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Most Fridays will be Field Trip days at no additional cost.  The program will be housed entirely at the Central Lutheran Church basement and classroom. Students must be enrolled in Mondovi Summer School and have their own Mondovi Community Pool Pass. Students must also bring their own lunch each day. Morning and afternoon snacks are provided daily. Families will be required to provide some snacks and supplies for the program. All MCYC summer students will also enroll in Buffalo County 4-H and enter exhibits at the Buffalo County Fair (fees are included with registration).

How to Register by January 24

The MCYC Summer program registration will be online in 2017 with deposit in person. In order to register you need to:

  1. Go to the following Google Form link: https://goo.gl/forms/HJpFKhZ6IZx4GVMD3
  2. Complete the Registration Form online. Please submit one form per student.
  3. At the January 24 Registration meeting you will receive confirmation of registration with more instructions about how to enroll your child utilizing 4HOnline. Registration and Enrollment are both required to participate.

Deposit Required at January 24 Registration Night

In order to finalize 2017 MCYC Summer registration, a $150 deposit per student must be paid at the January 24 Registration Night. This deposit is refundable until March 1, 2017 only. January 24 Registration Night is a come, pay, ask questions and leave event – you do not need to stay the whole time.

 *Scholarships, financial payment plans and requests for part-time rates may be available for those in financial need upon request and review. Please contact Annie Lisowski to receive a scholarship request form.
