The mission of the Buffalo/Pepin County Teen Court is to join together as a council of professional and community members to find ways to enhance positive youth and family development in both counties. The Teen Court will serve to modify behavior of youth with violations by combining positive peer pressure and involvement within our counties, families, schools, and organizations to promote youth development and restorative justice.
WTCA Scholarship
High school seniors currently serving as a volunteer with a Teen Court in Wisconsin and planning to pursue a post-secondary education, are eligible to apply for the 2024 Wisconsin Teen Court Association scholarship.
Complete the WTCA Scholarship application and submit by March 15th, 2024.
Buffalo/Pepin County Teen Court Scholarship
The Buffalo/Pepin County Teen Court advisory board will award one $500 and one $250 scholarship to eligible high school seniors.
The Buffalo/Pepin County Teen Court Scholarship application must be submitted by March 15th, 2024.

Buffalo/Pepin County Teen Court finds alternative ways to enhance
positive youth and family development. Our program utilizes restorative justice principles and
practices to repair harmed relationships, build the skills of youth with violations, and restore
the image of young people in our communities.
The Buffalo/Pepin County Teen Court program is primarily funded through public donations from organizations and businesses within the Buffalo and Pepin County area.

2023 Buffalo/Pepin County Teen Court Annual Report
In 2023, Buffalo/Pepin County Teen Court trained 35 new panel members, participated in a statewide conference, conducted 18 hearings, and volunteered over 260 hours in youth development. Learn more about our restorative justice program through our annual report.
