View the following images for information about how to prepare your non-animal exhibits for the Buffalo County Fair. Additional images and tips will be added as the Buffalo County Fair approaches.
All photos should be 4″ x 6″ in size, except My Best Photo, Lot 1. The size of the poster should be 7″ x 11″. Poster should be white or black in color only. No captions, titles or framing materials used. Use rubber cement to paste photo and entry tag to front side of poster. Photo can be horizontal or vertical on poster.
All food exhibits should be on white plate and housed in a ziploc bag. The entry tag and 3×5 recipe card must be attached to the plate, preferrably with a string.
All posters should be 11″ x 14″ in size, or half the size of one large posterboard. The poster can be any color. It should be labeled with a title and include a balance of text, images and blank space. The entry tag should be secured to the upper right corner of the poster.
All cut flowers may be displayed in any suitable recycled container i.e: glass, plastic, Styrofoam, metal can, vase, etc… Vases are brought at your own risk. Bouquets and arrangements must be exhibited in a container, which becomes part of the arrangement. Attract card to container with string or use a straw or floral stick for placement of tags.
All pictures must be matted or framed and ready to be displayed. Glass frames are shown at exhibitor’s risk. NO construction paper is allowed as matting!
