Buffalo County Fair Wraps up with Carcass Show Tradition

Exhibitors and their families attended the Buffalo County Fair Carcass show on Thursday, August 9 at Gunderson Foods LLC in Mondovi. The judging took place on Wednesday, August 8. Professor, Gary Onan, from the University of Wisconsin River Falls was this year’s judge. 66 swine, 21 beef market animals, 14 sheep, and one goat were entered in this year’s contest. The participants would like to give a huge thank you to Gunderson Foods LLC for giving them the opportunity to participate in the annual carcass show.
