Naomi Fogel of Golden Hornets 4-H club in Waumandee was presented the 2018 Wisconsin State 4-H Key Award by Annie Lisowski, Youth and Families Extension Educator in Buffalo County. Naomi is a senior at Cochrane-Fountain City school. The 4-H Key award is awarded to only one youth leader in each Wiscconsin county each year. The award recognizes 4-H members who have practiced leadership, who model citizenship for others and engage in community service across their state, county and community. Naomi Fogel is currently the first youth co-President of the Buffalo County 4-H Leaders Association. She was awarded the 4-H Key award at their meeting on January 21, 2018 at the Buffalo County Courthouse in Alma.
